Salida River Front Condominiums
Salida, Colorado

S3 has partnered with Schultz & Associates of Salida, Colorado, on the Salida River Front Condominium project. This high-end condominium development consists of 15 Energy Star rated condos right on the Arkansas River and within walking distance of downtown Salida.

S3 will pre-wire each of the one, two, and three bedroom condos for distributed audio, surround sound in the living room, i-pod® docks, security system, and install a recessed high-definition TV that is built into every unit. An outside microphone is also installed so that the ambient river sound can be heard throughout the distributed audio in any room in the condo. In addition, S3 will work with the individual owners and personalize the condo to their specific home automation needs.
